Resurrecting this thread as I can now get to the car again after having some work done to the garage.
I'm reverting this back to a single carb 1350 engine.
Would anyone have any pictures of the top of the engine with the air filter housing removed.
Haynes ain't good at seeing where cables and mounting brackets go so anything that shows this would be brilliant.

Hi All
How is everyone out there in CAF world.
I managed to find some enthusiasm yesterday and managed to get the engine and box back in the car. Hopefully the plan is to try and do something every day even if it's only small.
Will keep you all updated.

It is great to hear you are making good progress, getting the engine back in and running is certainly that. It's days like this that give you a boost in the right direction to keep going.

But more progress made this week. Been working on the hydraulics this week. Brakes and clutch. Had some problems getting the back brakes to bleed. Turned out to be the rear brake compensator.
Had the engine running a bit more.
Its beginning to look like a car again
