The Classic car nights they have at Burton Waters near Lincoln are very well attended when the weather is good so if the sun is shining then it should be a good crowd with makes of all kinds. Anything from Alfas

All very informal, no times to attend to or anything although once the sun goes down folks do drift off.
Pub does a great choice of drinks and good food too, being a bit later in the season it shouldn't be quite as busy as in the really hot nights there is quite a crowd.
Simple plan is, just turn up when you can, have a chat with like minded Classic car owners, pint and a bite to eat maybe, all very relaxed.
Best to aim to be there by 7pm really as this time of year the light is near gone by 8pm if you want to see the cars, but knowing what it's like the chat will move into the bar soon enough so will probably be around until 10pm onwards.
Especially as it's a certain someones Birthday that day....
Heres some pics of previous years events that I've been to so you get a flavour of what may or may not turn up.
The Pub is near to Lincoln, just off the bypass so has easy access from major routes.
Please come along if you can, will be a last chance for many to get the Classic out before laying up for the Winter...(that came around quick, didn't it!!) as most surrunder the Road Tax for October onwards.
