powder coat?

something neutral, black, silver or as close to your verdis poss.

i'm a big fan of how they were before, silver/aluminium colour with red lettering

any darker colours like black do look great on the engine stand but when they are in the engine bay it's too dark to spot them, especially so on twin carb engines

i use the halfords own brand high temperature paint in the aerosol, goes on nicely and doesn't seem to flake off. colour is a fairly close match to aluminium too, not too garish after it's applied like some have been that i've tried

important to lacquer them as you've done, they quickly turn to powder again otherwise
