Just down the road from me, but if you are going to use an Alfa boxer engine, at least use the gearbox as well!
The VW transaxle has such tall ratios that the Alfa engine drops out of the power band at every upchange...
Still like the style of the classic Wil-Mac though. I know

Is Wil-Mac a morphing of Will-I-Am and Mac truck Lauren?
if so, i see where you're going with that anaolgy!
Apart from certain trikes, well, more sidecar outfit than trike but three wheeled none the less, i really don't see where they fit in, other than as close to a motorcycle open air experience you can get if you were unsuitably and sadly disabled to the point of two wheels just not happening
They're no where near as quick as most of the motorcycle derived origins, or only marginally quicker than the car born design, DONT handle, Rarely stop well, have to use the same overtake opportunity as the car would have had, and you still get wet!
so whats the point or am i missing something?
i am a misery guts today, ha ha!!!!

No, that is exactly right - all the disadvantages of a bike, combined with all the disadvantages of a car!
For some reason I still love 'em, but only the ones without the ghastly bench seat behid the driver.
Wil-Mac was one of the first trike manufacturers, in sunny California... 1968 I think...

Ha ha! I hear you Lauren
Bench seated, beetle engined, reliant robin based, scaffold suspended pile of death, most of them, can only get marginally worse in my opinion,
And thats when they make the seating from, or to look like, beer barrels!
B and Q pine cladding round a cushion filled oil drum half, dark stained and a metal rib strapped round it,
Got to be topped of with a Hunting Scene beer pump gear shifter,
Thats the ultimate!
