Here's my qualifying lap from Cadwell Park last summer - it was good enough for pole position. As the text under the clip states, it wasn't an all out lap as I could hear a noise that I hadn't identified. It turned out to be a broken front splitter repeatedly hitting the ground - it sounded much worse than that so it was quite a relief! Thinking it was something mechanical I didn't push too hard through the corners - for example, the first corner (Coppice) is usually flat in 5th for me though you will see there is a big lift in this lap. The rest of the lap was also 'comfortable'. Anyway, here's the lap:-
