Are they all the same through the 3 series?

Pretty sure S1 and S2 wings are the same but not sure about S3 wings
Not worried about side indicators but would S2 headlights fit an S3 wing?
Are the main indicators the same in shape to the wing next to the headlight?

S3 wings are the same through the range . You can't fiit the s2 lights and indicators to S3 wings and vice a versa . You have to change the front end .

So how can you tell the difference between an S3 and an S1/2 wing?

Looking at some pix it seems the easiest way to tell is like the suds, side repeater location.

S3 has it lower down on the rubbing strip...
Earlier cars have it higher up near the swage line...

I am after some new FG wings but Alfapanels cant tell me if there wings are for a S1/2 or a S3.

Not worried about side repeaters but didnt know if there were any other fundamental differences between the two which would prevent me using an S3 wing with my S1/2 bumpers and lights?

Thanks for sorting out the pics. certainly doesnt look cosmetically as if there are any differences.

Bob at Alfapanels has got a mould for the wing and its the correct one, S1/2.
Theres the problem though, he can only find one mould .

Bob at Alfapanels has phoned me. What he has suggested is it I can provide him with a decent pair of wings he will take moulds of those FOC. Thought that was rather good of him

I might be wrong but I thought the S3 wings had a slightly more swept back indicator to S1/S2.
