A brave restoration, it was a basket case, but with its race history worth it. I think Chris Whelan also owns an ex Italian touring car 75 turbo also so very envious.

I bet it was .but Ian's restos are top notch and obviously a big budget for it . Great that it's been saved tho

True .he's more of 60-70s Alfa restorer . Nice guy tho. Phoned him years ago when I was restoring my spider . Was more than happy to give advice.

Your talking to the person who could not get the link to the Italian imp to work!
Your right though he is generous with his advice and I found him good in that he would get in touch if there was a problem and discuss it with you, rather then you turn up and its solved to their idea of what was needed.
