Darn it! I knew the answer to that one!
I love the Howmet Tx! McKee CanAm chassis, and (in the originals at least) a Bell-Textron prototype helicopter turbine. This looks like the one belonging to the French guy, who has re-instated the original wastegate set-up (the centre pipe), where you can dump the boost, oddly by flooring the throttle.
