Coolant hoses

Does anybody know the internal dimensions of the coolant and heater hoses for the Sud Sprint twin carbs? I'm going to replace all the hoses as I have a couple of persistent leaks that I can't stop, the hoses are just too old. I'm looking at this eBay seller: http://stores.ebay.co.uk/autoperformanc ... 7675.l2563 who seems to stock just about everything. Cheers in advance!

To and from heater matrix 16mm ID
From t-piece (passenger side) on heater return to bottom of header tank 16mm ID
From t-piece (drivers side) on heater feed to top of header tank 8mm ID
From header tank to radiator 8mm ID
From cylinder head to cylinder head (via thermostat housing) 25mm ID
From thermostat housing to top of radiator 32mm ID
From radiator to alternator mount (water pump inlet) 32mm ID
From alternator mount outlet to thermostat inlet 22mm ID (this may need checking as Sud alternator mount and thermostat are slightly different to Alfa 33 which is what I have)
