It’s nuts and I’m not sure sustainable. I bought an x19 earlier this year and have been monitoring prices, some prices that are being asked are just not realistic even for basket cases. Cars hanging around for months on end indicating the asking price is simply too high...the market will ultimately decided what they are worth.
