Sud, Sprint & 33 parts

Post by KevJTD »

I've cleared out most of the parts from Johns' unit and moved it into mine to free up some space for him.
Majority of the stuff is now offered for sale.
I will sort through it when I can and list what there is but a quick list is,
5 or 6 sprint doors, some better than others.
2 sprint hatches, both in good condition with minimal repairs needed
one sud bonnet, i may keep it just in case but will sell to a good home
2 S1 ti boots, 1 of which is a new old stock one but has some damage, easy mend
1 S2 ti boot complete with spoiler
approx 15 or so driveshafts, mostly sud but a few 33
numerous speedo clocks - sud, sprint & 33
used sud rear panel in ok condition, better than not having one!
a pair of early front wings (again, may keep them....) and 3 S3 wings. not brilliant but useable/repairable
a sud n/s door (for 3 door car)
boxes full of wiper motors, pedal boxes, suspension arms, trim bits etc etc
maybe 7 or 8 steering racks
maybe 6 or so 33 headlights, early cars i believe

i will try and sort through the stuff when i get time but most likely it'll all get stashed away in my little store room.
if anyone wants to take the lot then i'm open to offers, not a rediculous offer needed but not a free with the cornflakes deal :D

Hi, I could do with an early Sud speedo and rev counter assembly as the one I have bought is for a later car.

If I took a photo of the dash could you see if you have one to suit. Thank you.

Hi,
Do you have a rear window for a late S1 or S2 'Sud - ie not tinted and not bonded in?
All the best,
Ian

speedo clocks, think there is an early sud one amongst it. sold my last one to col so know i've not one here....i think

i do have a few rear windows but if it's one the same as what i fitted to my S1 sud (rubber seal fitment) then i know i don't have one, sorry.

drivers S3 wing, i'll have a look at what condition it's in. most bits are covered in dust at the moment.

i've also had an enquiry for a pair of sprint doors so most likely i've only passenger sprint doors left now

i will be going up to my workshop on thursday so will have a look then guys ;)

I need a round sprint rear wash wipe button if anybody has one. I did get one of Mr Sud but it doesn't work and I'm not impressed he didn't answer my emails...

i do think there is a panel with sprint buttons in, or it might be an early 33 one.....i'll have a look.
and test the switch before any deal is done ;)

Kev, do you have by any chance, some little plastic end pieces that fit in the end of the trims that sit on top of the door edge? It's for a S3 Sud Ti.They push into the ends of the black trim that presses against the glass. Seems unfinished without them..thanks

i do have a rigid plastic washer bottle but i think it's a front one for either a sprint or 33 one, i'll take a pic of it for you to see....

meanwhile, this any good?
actually has a fully functioning clock, all digits work and it counts along properly.

rear washer had a missing return spring and was a little stiff in action. swapped over a return sprng and gave it some silicon spray and it's almost perfect, just a little stiff to return but that'll probably free up in time. been sat on a shelf for years.
the switch does work too, tested that.

you can have either just the switch if that's all you need or the complete set.

£10 inc postage for the switch,
£25 inc postage for the whole lot, clock inc
provided UK postage...

Thanks Kev, the panel arrived yesterday.

At some point I think I've lost a bunch of bits can anybody tell me how the rear wash wipe filer tube is mounted and where does the tube to the spray nozzle run?
