Re: Brake Regulator
As mentioned by some it's probably safer to have a rebuilt one than a NOS one that's been on the shelve for the past 40 years.

Re: South African built Alfasud Giardinetta (RHD) for sale
The current owner sold the car to a new owner South Africa. Too bad, because I would have loved to have the opportunity to see a SA built one in real life once. The chances on that with a vehicle located in the UK are for sure significantly bigger than in SA. Anyway just wanted to mention it's sold ...

Re: South African built Alfasud Giardinetta (RHD) for sale
The seller has to become a member of this board first so that might take a day or so. Of course I'm biased when it comes to the Alfasud Giardinetta topic, but this is really a good chance to get one on the road in the UK as Lyles intended back in the early eighties. If you want factory original spec...

South African built Alfasud Giardinetta (RHD) for sale
A gentleman from South Africa got his hands on a Brits made Alfasud Giardinetta (RHD). He is looking for a sale and perhaps some people on the board might be interested as this one is running and for sure salvage-able if you want factory original spec. or just a driver if you don't mind factory orig...

Unfortunately I can't, if you're interested in the car send the seller a WhatsApp and hell's send you a bunch of pictures.

3rd series Sud 1.5 Ti with small boot rustfree body (Alfa red)
Lads, I have no connection to the seller but would really love to see this rather rare car going to a good home where it will be handled with the care it needs. This is a stripped (no interior, engine gearbox, wiring loom etc.) rustfree body from what I can see from the pictures received. It is a pr...

Re: Alfasud fuel tank
@alfadave, 2 weeks ago I tried to call them to find out how I would need to finish the payment, no way I could get through the waiting line. I wonder if this company is a 2 man hobby project outside of a normal job. They have a good score on E-Bay and they accept PayPal so from a worry point of view...

Re: Alfasud fuel tank
As stated before thanks to the initiators of this group buy. Besides the "capping off" of the excessive line posted earlier I also am wondering if other members are considering to make this silver coloured tank black as it was according factory original specification? Any thoughts on how t...

Re: Alfasud fuel tank
This is only valid for shipment to the UK I suppose? In case 1 piece shipment to the Netherlands in group buy is possible for the same price I'm in.
P.S. Too bad they don't make the version for the Sud without the additional tube although for their production complexity I can understand.

Re: Alfa Sud Giadinette NOS rear light
The Giardinetta, F11 and F12 (after 1975) light clusters were only made by Altissimo as opposed tob the Sud TI / Berlina ones which were manufactured by several makers (Altissimo, Carello, Sieme, ARIC, etc etc)

Note that the S2 and S3 have different release lever so in case you are looking for a specific geometry take care of the difference. The S3 release lever geometry was also used in the S1 and S2 33, for the S3 I don't know

This Italian gentleman's upholstery reproductions are very nice. Not only this Sud TI QV one, but also the Sprint QV and S1 imitation leather fabrics are very good.
